Place cauliflower shipping crate directly into the cooler. Keep wrapped. Do not wash before storing. To store for any length of time, place in a Cambro food storage box but do not store anything on top of the cauliflower. It must be stored in a single layer to prevent bruising and eventually mold and decay.
