Wash grapes just before service, not before storing. Store away from the cooler blower since excessive air movement causes shriveling. Handle grapes as little as possible. The size of food pan or food box depends on the quantity of grapes being stored. Any 6” deep container would be suitable to allow for adequate circulation.
